Roxafric Mining was born from a simple yet bold vision: to transform mining into a powerful tool for peace, progress, and prosperity across Africa.
Founded in Liberia, our journey began with a deep understanding of both the opportunities and challenges that gold mining brings to local communities. We saw that too often, mining operations left behind scars on the land and in the lives of those nearby. We chose a different path.
At Roxafric Mining, we embraced a semi-mechanized, responsible mining approach, combining modern techniques with a strong commitment to social impact. Our mission has always been greater than gold. From day one, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with local communities, not only extracting value from the ground but planting seeds of growth, unity, and long-term development.
Our story is one of resilience, innovation, and hope. We support humanitarian projects, Microfinance for small businesses, and initiatives that bridge divides between tribes and nations. Every project we launch, every site we develop, carries our signature: a deep respect for people, the planet, and peace.
As we expand, we remain anchored to our purpose proving that mining, when done right, can heal, build, and uplift.

Since our founding, as a growing startup, we have successfully launched 1 semi-mechanized mining project that has improved production efficiency by 15% while minimizing ecological impact. In this early phase, we partner closely with 2 licensed mining operators to ensure compliant, ethical, and effective operations. Additionally, we have initiated a microfinance program that has provided small loans and support to 10 local entrepreneurs, positively impacting the livelihoods of approximately 50 community members. Around 20 artisanal miners, who previously faced difficult living conditions, now work directly with Roxafric Mining. Through hands-on training in safer and more efficient mining methods, they are gaining valuable skills and improving their quality of life. This reflects our commitment to social and economic upliftment as we scale.
As a determined startup, Roxafric Mining is blazing a trail for responsible mining in West Africa. We’re proving that even in our early stages, innovation and ethical partnerships are powerful drivers of real, lasting change. With each step forward, we’re creating new opportunities, uplifting communities, and setting a bold standard for how a startup can redefine mining’s impact for the better.
